The Wedding Day

Last Saturday, we had the privilege of photographing Meghan and Connor’s wedding at St. James Church in Basking Ridge and later celebrated with their family and friends at the Basking Ridge Country Club. When I arrived at the salon where Meghan and her bridesmaids were getting pampered that morning, I immediately noticed Meghan’s radiant smile. What a happy bride! She smiled from ear to ear all day long, and I don’t blame her one bit. Their wedding day was flawless and we were so happy to be a part of it! Since they live in Maine, it was important to Meghan and Connor to be able to spend quality time with family and friends. Their timeline worked out perfectly for this because they gave themselves a relaxed morning and plenty of time for photos between the ceremony and reception so that they could attend their full cocktail hour with their guests. By the time the reception started, they were ready to party and so were their guests.

The Reception

One of my favorite parts of the day was during the reception when Meghan and Connor were dancing in the center of a big circle made up of all of their family and friends. What a fun way to celebrate the love of Meghan and Connor, and what a wonderful way for these two to begin their lives together as husband and wife. Meghan and Connor, congratulations on your wedding!! We wish you so much love and joy!!
