The Wedding Day

Bonnie and Evan met at a summer camp so it was perfectly fitting for them to plan a July wedding. Bonnie started the day out getting ready at her parents’ home with all the special ladies in her life. The morning was wonderfully paced and we had lots of time for photos of Bonnie’s details, special moments during getting ready, and beautiful ladies in floral robes and gorgeous dresses. Evan had a similar morning at the Sheraton Mahwah. Looking back at their photos, my favorite part of the morning was the fact that both Bonnie and Evan invited their now in-laws to get ready with them. It was such a special touch and so telling of how close Bonnie and Evan already are with her new family! Mornings like the one Bonnie and Evan had on their wedding day are what I wish for all of our brides and grooms because it allows the couple to slow down and spend quality time with some of the most important people in their lives before the day gets busy and they have to divide their attention among all of their guests. Once it was time for Bonnie and Evan’s first look, we headed over to Ramsey Golf and Country Club and found a perfect spot on the grounds for these two to see each other for the first time that day. We love that everything ran on-time that day because we were able to take our time for Bonnie and Evan’s portraits and get so much variety for them! Actually, we had a really hard time narrowing the photos down for this little preview of their day! From their beautiful peach and navy color palette to their gorgeous florals and stunning outdoor ceremony, this day was truly perfect! Enjoy our favorites!
