Second Photographers and Associate Photographers for the 2025 wedding season
POSITIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:
Our studios (Idalia Photography and sister company Pearl and Veil Studios) shoot between 50-60 weddings every year throughout NJ with occasional weddings in PA and NY.

The successful candidate for this position will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' experience by capturing timeless and unforgettable wedding day images.

ABOUT
- 5+ years experience shooting weddings
- Must live in NJ and have own car
- Easy to work with, eager to learn and has a great attitude
- Strong communication skills, Warm personality, friendly demeanor
- Self-directed individual, team player, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to connect with clients and provide posing guidance
- Available on weekends (weddings are mostly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
- Must be a Canon shooter
- Must know off-camera flash and own 4 flashes
- Must provide full wedding galleries for review
QUALIFICATIONS:
SECOND SHOOTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capture various parts of the wedding day in a consistent style
Work under the direction of the lead photographer
Support with key shots such as groom preparations, ceremonies, and candid moments
Help manage time on the wedding day by coordinating with the lead photographer
Photograph weddings independently when assigned
Provide an elevated client experience
Deliver a full wedding gallery in the studio’s style
