Lake Mohawk Country Club is located in Sussex County in the town of Sparta. As soon as you arrive in Sparta you feel a sense of calm and serenity. This NJ Wedding Venue is right on the water so it offers plenty of beautiful views of Lake Mohawk and the setting is truly idyllic. The bridal suite is charming and unique as it is located in a tower overlooking the boardwalk and lake. Something we love about this venue is that there are plenty of options for portrait locations: the boardwalk, the sandy shores of the lake, a private garden, or even downtown Sparta. But our favorite spot for portraits is a charming and romantic bridge in the middle of a lovely garden. Ceremonies can be held indoors in front of a gorgeous Palladian window, or outdoors on the boardwalk overlooking the lake.
