The entire week the forecast showed rain for Lauren and Carlos’ wedding day. Jay and I prepared for romantic rainy day photos but the rain ended up coming the night before their wedding day instead! It poured heavily and the thunder even kept me up that night but when the sun rose the next morning, Lauren and Carlos had nothing but good weather for their wedding day. They were married at St. Peter’s Church and then headed over to the beach for some boardwalk photos before celebrating their marriage at the Molly Pitcher Inn. I loved their beach theme. From the navy blue of the bridesmaids’ dresses to the starfish in lieu of seating cards to Jersey Shore beaches for table names, every detail was well thought out. Once the reception started the evening seemed to get better and better as the night went on and these two danced until the very end. My favorite part of the day was when Carlos surprised Lauren with a choreographed dance. What a performance! Lauren and Carlos, we loved every minute of your wedding day and wish you a lifetime of happiness and love! Enjoy St. Lucia!
