The Couple
Juliana and Joseph may look familiar to you because I featured highlights from their photo booth last week! These two newlyweds met thanks to Juliana’s mother and grandmother who introduced them to each other at their company Christmas party. Juliana and Joe hit it off and Joe planed a magical proposal last July in Aruba. They were on vacation when Joe surprised Juliana with a day trip on a private boat complete with a captain and chef. They spent the day snorkeling in the coral reef and at the end of the day, Joe proposed at sunset. What a dream!! After their proposal, they started planning their wedding and it was a true fairy tale. Enjoy this peek into their day!
The Wedding Day
From the moment we first met with Juliana and Joseph via Skype, we knew their wedding day would be beautiful, lively, and centered on family. They each started their day out with their loved ones and we saw right away how important their families are to them. They made it a priority to make sure everyone felt cared for and included them in all aspects of the day. Wait until you see the group of family members that joined Joe that morning for their pre-wedding party! It was an amazing turnout and you can feel the excitement they felt as they got ready to celebrate Juliana and Joe’s wedding.
When it came time for the ceremony, we headed to Juliana’s church where Joe was anxiously waiting for his bride. My favorite part of the day happened just as Juliana started to walk down the aisle and I turned to look at Joe, who was fighting back tears at the sight of his beautiful bride. Whether it’s during an aisle reveal or a first look, seeing a groom react to seeing his bride for the first time on their wedding day never gets old! The wedding ceremony was a perfect blend for the union of two families, cultures, and religions, and culminated with the guests urging Joseph to share a kiss with his bride and the most joyful applause they could give them.
Once we arrived at Park Chateau Estate and Gardens, time seemed to fly by as we made the most of the beautiful rooms and grounds before our bride and groom enjoyed their cocktail hour and we headed into the ballroom for the reception. The afternoon was packed with touch-ups in the bridal suite, drinks in the groom’s suite, portraits on the front lawn and gardens, and even a few quick photos in front of the spectacular chapel that is right on site. From letterpress invitations to flower girls to ring bearers to amazing architecture to the most gorgeous garden roses, ranunculus, spray roses, and jasmine vine, this wedding day was full of eye candy. Here is a peek into this fairy tale wedding day!
Juliana and Joe, we are so happy that you have begun your new journey together as husband and wife! We hope that your life together is just as beautiful as your wedding day! Congratulations to you both and enjoy your adventures in Greece!!

Park Chateau Estate Wedding Photography
Joe honored his late father by choosing his wedding band to seal his union with Juliana. Having lost a parent myself, this was one of my favorite details of the day. What a special way to incorporate a family heirloom into the most important day of your life!
