The Couple
Gabrielle and Brian’s love story started at work with seemingly meaningless conversations about the weather. Those conversations that happened in the elevator, or on Gabrielle’s way back to her desk after meetings, eventually led to a first date and then to conversations about values and all the important things in life. They fell in love, and Brian proposed after dinner on the night before the biggest snowstorm of 2016. Newly engaged and snowed in – how’s that for romantic?
The Wedding Day
We knew that Gabrielle and Brian’s wedding day would be elegant, classic, and timeless. After all, they chose to get married at a stunning church with the most gorgeous altar and then celebrate at The Manor. Their venue complemented their wedding style perfectly, and all the details came together just as Gabrielle and Brian dreamed them up. On the day of their wedding, Gabrielle and Brian got ready at their respective family homes and then headed to St. Casmir’s Polish Roman Catholic Church. I had seen images of this church online but my jaw dropped open when I walked in and saw it in real life. What a stunning location for a wedding! Gabrielle and Brian had a traditional ceremony followed by a church exit full of cheers and emotion. Documenting that moment when a couple leaves their church is always one of my favorite moments of a wedding day and Gabrielle and Brian’s was no different.
