And just like that, after an 11 week break from shooting weddings, my 2022 wedding season is here! Wow, if this first wedding is any indication of what my weddings are going to look like this year, I’m in for a treat! I can’t wait to share my favorites from Lisa and John’s wedding day… But first, a little backstory, because who doesn’t love reading about all the behind-the-scenes details of a wedding day?
I met John when he was in high school and he was my Spanish student for two years! He was in my Spanish IV Honors class his junior year and my AP Spanish class his senior year – I remember him being well-mannered, energetic, joyful, and so, so smart. Eventually, life led him to law school at Syracuse University, which is where he met Lisa and they fell in love. About ten years later, they are now husband and wife!
