I’m so excited to announce that yesterday was the soft launch of my very own wedding blog!  Yes, you read right!  The official launch is still a few weeks away but now that the secret is out I have started to accept submissions for publication.  So exciting!

So how did this all start?  Well, not too long ago I began to dream about starting a wedding blog.  Coming up with a solid idea and name for my blog wasn’t easy, though.  There are so many wedding blogs out there and I wanted to offer my readers something unique while showcasing weddings that I would be excited about time and time again.  Enter The Learned Bride.  Whether she found love in a classroom or tied the knot on a college campus or museum, The Learned Bride is a bride who feels a strong connection to an educational experience.  I plan to feature weddings and engagements that not only showcase beautiful university campuses and museum venues but that also share the stories of couples who lived a chapter of their love story in a school setting.
