The Mill Lakeside Manor Wedding | Spring Lake NJ Wedding

Alexandra and Andrew met through a mutual friend, one of Alex’s bridesmaids! Alex was visiting her in Philadelphia over the summer and they had stopped by Andrew’s apartment for dinner before going out that night. They hit it off and soon ended up on a first date at the aquarium. After an amazing New Zealand proposal, these two began to plan their romantic Mill Lakeside Manor wedding day for this past Saturday.

Alex is from North Jersey and Andrew is from Pennsylvania. But they love to spend summers at the shore, so they chose Spring Lake for their wedding. Alex got ready at her parents’ beach house and it was truly the perfect morning. It included popping champagne, confetti poppers, and the most joyful group of bridesmaids you can imagine! Once Alex was ready, St. Catharine’s Church was just a short walk down the street, so she and her bridesmaids walked there – it was so cute seeing Alex walking down the street with her bridesmaids helping her with her dress! In the meantime, Andrew had gotten ready at the Chateau Inn and Suites and had a relaxed morning with the guys. He was also so close to the church that he and the guys walked over to the ceremony, too. It was a perfect Spring Lake wedding.

Ceremonies at St. Catharine’s Church are always stunning, and this one was no exception. Due to the pandemic, our couple cut down their guest list, so Alex and Andrew had a small ceremony surrounded by just their closest family and friends. Their loved ones then congratulated them in front of the church before we headed out for portraits in a charming trolley. We made stops at Divine Park and Spring Lake Beach and had such a nice and relaxed portrait session highlighting our beautiful couple and their bridal party. When we got to The Mill Lakeside Manor, we took advantage of the remaining daylight and took some more photos outside before heading inside for the celebration – we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.
