Amanda and Sean met in middle school when Amanda was in 8th grade and Sean was in 7th grade! They dated for eight years before Sean proposed (at a castle, no less) and had an almost three year engagement due to the pandemic. They were supposed to get married last May but waited a little over a year for their new date and it finally arrived last Monday! Their spring Park Chateau Estate wedding was a dream come true!
When Amanda and Sean were venue hunting and saw the Park Chateau, they felt it was the perfect fit. It had a fairytale feeling that reminded them of their engagement at the Highlands Castle and they couldn’t wait to make its beauty and charm the backdrop of their wedding day.
One of my favorite parts of this wedding day was during prep when Amanda got to open all the gifts Sean had picked out for her. He had obviously put so much thought into the gifts and completely blew everyone away! This guy sure knows how to spoil his now wife!
Something else I loved about this day: Amanda had a second dress for the reception! How fun is that?! She looked amazing in BOTH of her wedding dresses – and I just love the idea of having something different for your party, especially when you’ve waited as long as Amanda waited for this day to finally arrive.
Spring Park Chateau Estate Wedding
Amanda and Sean chose a color scheme of blush pink, white and silver for their spring Park Chateau Estate wedding- including the most exquisite white peonies and white roses for their floral arrangements. Neutrals and light pinks always work so well in the gorgeous rooms at Park Chateau Estate!
The best part of Amanda and Sean’s wedding day was witnessing all the joy these two felt as they celebrated their love with all the special people in their lives. Amanda and Sean – I am so happy for you both!! You waited so long for this day and I’m so glad it turned out so perfect for you! Congratulations!
