I don’t think there’s anything better than cherry blossoms in the springtime! When Sarah called me and said she wanted to do engagement photos at Branch Brook Park I did a time step. Yup, I like to tap dance when I’m happy! I think cherry blossoms and tap dancing definitely go together, just like Sarah and Adam. They met when Sarah was sixteen at the firehouse where Adam works and Sarah volunteers… and now they’re planning a wedding! Here’s their love story, in hues of pink.
Their first date: Our first “official” date was dinner and movie. It was kind of cheesy but a safe zone since we had both known each other prior to our date.
When she knew!
It had taken me a little to realize when he was the one but when it did it kinda just clicked. I had realized it when I noticed both of our families had accepted us for who we are together. His nieces and family loved me and my family adores him.
The proposal
I had known for a little while that something was in the making. He wasn’t very good at keeping secrets seeing how he asked me what I wanted my ring to look like. Anyway, we had planned a camping trip the weekend before Halloween to Hershey Park! I had only been there once before but his family went there for years! We walked around all day, and finally around five o’clock we went on the kissing tower, which takes you all the way up to the top of the park and turns around. We got all the way up and when it started to turn, he asked me!
What Sarah loves about Adam: Hmm what is my favorite part? His generous heart, and how he helps everyone with anything!
