I love it when our couples introduce us to new and amazing locations for their sessions.  I had been looking forward to this Brooklyn Botanic Garden Engagement Session for weeks and was so disappointed when the weather didn’t hold up on the originally scheduled date.  Luckily, we were able to reschedule quickly and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful days so far this spring!  Melissa and Derek couldn’t have picked a better day or a better spot – the grounds there are simply beautiful and these pictures definitely scream spring and love!  I wish we would have had more time to explore but traffic into Brooklyn that day left us with just enough time to snap a few pictures before the park closed.  Of course, little did we know that we actually ended up going at the perfect time because we got one of the paths all to ourselves at closing time!   Derek and Melissa, thank you for this sweet session – we can’t wait to photograph your wedding!  Enjoy my favorites on this glorious spring Sunday, everyone!
