It’s here – my last wedding of 2020! It’s hard to believe that my 10th wedding season has come to an end! I plan to share my thoughts on that soon but, first, I’m excited to share Kelly and Kyle’s wedding with you. These two got engaged last December when Kyle took Kelly by surprise and proposed while doing their annual Christmas tree cutting. December is a month that holds a special place in their hearts, and so they chose to have a December wedding this year.
Kelly and Kyle envisioned a classic and traditional wedding ceremony with a truly unique and one-of-a-kind reception that was full of industrial details. They got married at Grace Episcopal Church in Nutley, in an intimate ceremony that was reserved just for their immediate families and bridal party. The live-streamed their ceremony so that friends and family who couldn’t be at their wedding could watch online, and then they celebrated with them at their reception.

Weddings this year have had a lot of challenges, and this was no exception, but Kelly and Kyle knew they wanted to get married this year, so in addition to live-streaming their ceremony, they made adjustments to their reception guest list as well. I have to say that the day was full of so much joy in spite of all the challenges. Everyone was just so excited to see these two married and made the day really special for them.
For their reception, Kelly and Kyle chose Art Factory Studios, a venue full of great industrial vibes, and it was a perfect fit for them. With a gorgeous winter color scheme of burgundy and grey, complemented by lots of beautiful greenery, the space looked amazing for them. Wait until you see their sweetheart table! Check out some of my favorite images of the day below!
Congratulations, Kelly and Kyle! Thank you for allowing me the honor of capturing your wedding day. I wish you lots of joy, health, and love in your marriage for may years to come!!
