Jennifer and Rob met when they were in college at Fordham University. While they were dating, they frequently visited Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club, since Jen’s parents were members there. They always knew they’d be getting married at Eagle Oaks; it was never a question! I love when couples already know a huge part of their wedding day like that. It’s so special! Their wedding day was elegant and filled with personal touches and a gorgeous palette of navy and off-white! I absolutely love how everything came together.
Both Jen and Rob got ready at the club, in two of the most beautiful prep rooms I’ve seen to date! Jen’s bridal suite was the prettiest shade of blue and filled with gorgeous light, and Rob’s groom’s suite had a masculine elegance to it that made it perfect for the timeless style of their wedding day. For their first look, Jen and Rob chose a lovely spot on the venue grounds that was filled with the most beautiful trees, and then we took advantage of several other spots on the grounds for their photos. It was a perfect fall day, and I’m so thankful to have been a part of it!
My favorite part of the day was the ceremony!! Jen and Rob wrote their own vows and they were so sweet, fun, and sentimental all at the same time. They, along with their guests, definitely experienced a variety of emotions as they laughed and cried throughout those memorable moments of hearing Jen and Rob’s vows. I just love when couples take the time to write vows to each other that are unique to them.
Jen and Rob, what a beautiful fall wedding you had! Congratulations and best wishes for your marriage!! I hope your honeymoon to San Diego and Las Vegas is everything you dreamt it would be!
