Kayla and Karl lived in the same town during high school but it wasn’t until they went to college that they met. They both chose Molloy College, just about twenty miles from their home, and that’s where they first set eyes on each other. Karl noticed her first and sat right in front of her in class to make sure she would notice him. Notice him, she did, and seven years later, these two ended up engaged to be married! They planned their wedding for last Sunday and, after lots of uncertainty due to the pandemic, they were able to move forward with their wedding with about 30 of their loved ones.
These newlyweds planned a gorgeous wedding! Wait until you see all their wedding day details. From a beautiful invitation to calligraphy to Kayla’s beautiful gown and shoes, every detail was perfect. Karl also brought along his A game and his groom details are some of my favorites to date! But, most importantly, both Kayla and Karl focused on their love for each other and for their loved ones, and it was shining through all day.
When it came time for their ceremony, Kayla and Karl originally planned to get married in a church, but COVID-19 had other plans for them so they decided to tie the knot at their venue instead, Stone House at Stirling Ridge. It was an emotional walk down the aisle for these two and there were tears shed through their vow exchange, too, culminating in a joyful pronouncement of husband and wife! Enjoy this little recap of their wedding day!
Kayla and Karl, weddings like yours have a way of warming hearts and reminding everyone of what’s truly important on a wedding day. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your day – it was truly such a pleasure! Congratulations on your marriage!
