Recently, I met up with a friend of mine from grammar school for a family maternity session at Frelinghuysen Arboretum. This session was so special to me for so many reasons. First and foremost, I got to photograph a friend from kindergarten! The fact that we’ve remained in touch after all these years is amazing enough but I’ve also had the opportunity to photograph her daughter several times already (including when she was a newborn!) and I just love seeing her family grow. The most exciting part of this session is that I got to capture such a special time in her family’s lives because soon, this beautiful family of three will be welcoming twins (!!) into the family!! I am so, so excited for them! See why this session makes me smile…
