I first met Jenna and Marc many years ago when they attended a photography workshop that I ran with Jenna’s sister, Megan! Through the years, I became connected to their family in so many ways. I went on photography excursions with their mother, became business besties with her sister Megan, and, almost seven years ago, I had the honor of shooting their sister Casey’s wedding! Needless to say, you can imagine how excited I was when Jenna reached out about having me capture her own wedding!
Jenna and Marc had always wanted a more intimate wedding but even then, their original wedding plans fell through weeks ago due to COVID-19. They were determined to get married, though, and came up with an alternate plan within about a week’s time! These two had the best idea – they found a gorgeous rental home, invited their closest family members to stay with them for the weekend, and planned a perfect micro wedding weekend. Marc’s brother got ordained and married them under a beautiful tree canopy in a heartwarming ceremony that was scenic and so very long-awaited and then they celebrated with an intimate tented reception. It was such a unique and memorable wedding! Check out some of my favorite images of the day below, including the sweetest and most emotional first look I’ve seen all year!
Jenna and Marc, I’m so happy for you both! Your wedding day was perfectly you and a beautiful start to what I know will be a wonderful marriage. Congratulations and best wishes!

Can we talk about this house for a sec? It slept 17 guests and was a perfect place for this couple to spend the weekend with their loved ones!
Jenna and Marc wanted to keep things simple so we started their coverage with their first look. We picked a beautiful spot on the property and these two shared the sweetest first look. I might’ve cried behind my lens!
After wrapping up their portraits, we headed to the ceremony space under this natural frame of a tree canopy:
Of course I had to include some sibling photos!
And some “just married” photos of the newlyweds!
A tented reception with 25 of your loved ones – a perfect ending to a beautiful intimate wedding!
