You may remember this beautiful couple from this NJ maternity session. Jenn and Mike came to see me again but this time they brought their new little bundle of joy with them! It was a pleasure meeting their little Logan!! He did a great job for his newborn photos at just about two weeks old and I love the result. His nursery is gray and turquoise so we used these colors in his newborn photos and I love this color combination on him! I had actually never had this color combination requested so it was fun for me to dream up something completely new for this sweet family.

My favorite part of the session was seeing how well Jenn and Mike have adapted to this little guy in their lives. They’ve got feedings and diaper changes down pat and they looked like such pros! Jay and I were impressed when we saw how they handled everything and made it look so easy. Logan is actually the cousin of my soon-to-be-born niece or nephew so I’m excited to see this little guy grow. I’m kind of hoping that Jay’s sister gives birth to a little boy because it would be so cute for him to have Logan as a big cousin. Although having a protective big boy cousin for a little girl works, too! Either way, it’ll be wonderful to see these little cousins get to know each other and love each other like brother and sister.
