The Wedding

We are so excited to share Joaimee and Danny’s NYC Yacht Wedding! After hearing the details of Danny’s proposal on a helicopter ride around NYC and shooting their beautiful Long Island City engagement session last year, we knew their wedding day would be nothing less than perfect. Their day started out at the Conrad Hotel, which was conveniently right across the street from one of the most picturesque areas in the city and a perfect location for their first look and portrait session. They couldn’t have picked a better spot! When it came time for their ceremony at the Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral, they were relaxed and excited to exchange their vows. We loved their ceremony in this 200 year old beauty of a church. More than once, we heard their guests gasp at the sight of the beautiful altar and stunning ceiling. Wait until you see it below!

The Reception

Joaimee and Danny planned a perfect NYC wedding! It was Danny’s idea to have a unique wedding with a yacht reception and it was Joaimee’s special touches and attention to detail that made everything come together beautifully. As soon as we arrived at the Hornblower Infinity for the reception, Joaimee and Danny headed out to the deck for photos and we were so excited that they wanted to fully take advantage of all the views throughout the cruise around Manhattan. These two did an amazing job of balancing time with friends and family at the reception and taking photos on the deck to have their wedding day documented as one of our most unique weddings to date.
