Cordelia, big sister Vivian, and their proud parents came to see me three weeks ago and I’ve been wanting to share these images ever since! I’m always excited to welcome a new family into my little studio, but I was especially looking forward to this one because I couldn’t wait to see the styling come together. Cordelia’s mother and I had discussed creating a collection of images in shades of lavender, purple, and gray, and I quickly realized I had never styled a session in these gorgeous colors! Cordelia’s parents opted for a classic newborn session, which includes twenty images in the final gallery, and they requested family, parent, sibling, and individual baby photos, so I knew there would be lots of variety in their collection. We started out the session with the family photos and Cordelia and four year old sister Vivian were perfectly behaved! I then captured these two beautiful sisters in what are definitely some of my favorite sister photos to date and I could’ve photographed them together all day long, but there were other photos to be taken during the session. Cordelia loved to eat, so we took lots of breaks in between sets in order to keep her happy, and our patience paid off because we ended up with some gorgeous images that I can’t wait to share with you today!
