Kathleen and Rob are the sweetest couple! I met up with them in Hoboken, NJ – where they live – for a fun engagement session this spring. They knew from the start that they wanted engagement photos where they live and spend their days, with views of the NYC skyline (since that’s where they met!). So, this sweet neighborhood and park in Hoboken were the perfect spot to spend the day for their Hoboken engagement session!
During our consult, I found out Kate and Rob know another couple of mine who will be married in the fall – so it will be nice to get to see them even sooner than their own wedding day! January is not very far off, though – Kathleen and Rob are planning a winter Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury wedding day and I can’t wait to kick off my 2024 wedding season with these two!
On the day of their engagement session, we met at Sorellina, one of their favorite spots in the area. Kathleen and Rob enjoyed a quick drink while I captured them enjoying themselves. I loved watching how they interacted and how much Rob makes Kathleen laugh! When they were done, we walked around the block and looked for interesting spots for more portraits. When they were ready, we headed across the way to one of the parks with a gorgeous view of the NYC skyline. They changed into their dressier outfits and they twirled and kissed throughout the park. It was a little windy that day but these two were troopers and we managed to get some of my favorite photos from the session on the waterfront!
Hoboken Engagement Album
