Ally and Dan’s gorgeous Molly Pitcher Inn was the perfect way to kick off our September weddings. Although Ally and Dan got married in a sweet backyard ceremony last year, they couldn’t wait to celebrate with their families this fall (and be done with wedding planning forever!). When they began to plan their celebration, pre-COVID, they were searching for the perfect venue. Ally wanted an outdoor ceremony, Dan wanted a place with a waterfront view… needless to say, Molly Pitcher Inn had everything they wanted! They went with a classic palette of navy, steel blue, and blush and it was just a beautiful and effortless fall palette.
My favorite part of this day was seeing how relaxed Ally and Dan were, allowing them to enjoy both each other’s company and the company of their loved ones without the nervousness that couples often feel on their wedding day. They shared a sweet first look on the docks at the Molly followed by a toast before their portrait session. They kept their bridal party small and had a heartfelt vow renewal where they shared their personal vows. I also loved their dance floor! It was so lively, and everything I’m sure they imagined their wedding celebration would be.
Ally and Dan, you finally had your big day! It took a little while to get there but after the perfect weather we had and the joyous celebration you created for your families and friends to celebrate you, I think it was definitely waiting the extra time. So happy for you; thank you for allowing me to document it!
